The Turkish Coalition of America (TCA) condemns in the strongest possible terms the terrorist attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi Tuesday evening, which led to the death of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. We convey our deepest condolences to the families of the victims.
In this moment of grief, we are reminded that terrorism has no religion, observes no boundaries and that the killing of innocent people has no justification. Turkey, who is suffering terribly under terrorism for decades, has condemned these heinous acts and expressed its sorrow over the tragic loss of American lives in Benghazi. Turkey and the United States remain united in a firm resolve to combat terrorism and continue to work closely with the international community in this respect.
